Couples Counselling: My work is rooted in the understanding that God designed both the heart and the mind, and therefore speaks to both. I help couples reestablish meaningful, Christ-centered connection by bringing together biblical truth and neuroscience in a way that reflects their natural alignment.
Healthy relationships are shaped not only by intention but by patterns formed within the brain through attachment, emotional experience, and consistent purposeful interaction. Using approaches such as the Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and principles reflected in the Five Love Languages, I support couples in understanding how their nervous systems respond to one another, how emotional bonds are formed and restored, and how trust is strengthened over time.
Guided by the conviction that we cannot remove God from what He formed, the Architect and Creator of the mind is also its wisest Counselor, this work honors the reality that spiritual truth and the design of the brain operate in harmony. Individual Counselling: Individual counselling is an invitation to engage the renewal of your mind and the restoration of your inner life in alignment with how God designed you . My role is to support you in navigating challenges and moving toward emotional well-being through an approach that integrates biblical truth with an understanding of how the brain forms, adapts, and heals (neuroplasticity).
Using cognitive restructuring, we work to identify and reshape patterns connected to anxiety, depression, and intrusive thoughts. Because these patterns are reinforced over time through both experience and belief, this process supports the development of healthier ways of thinking, responding, and relating, leading to greater emotional regulation and clarity.
Our work together also focuses on strengthening your capacity for emotional awareness, expression, and resilience. As these areas develop, many clients experience a greater sense of stability, safety within themselves, and alignment between their thoughts, emotions, and faith.
With a Christ-centered foundation, I support individuals navigating grief, codependency, relational challenges, identity, and self-expression. This process creates space for meaningful growth, allowing you to better understand yourself, deepen your relationship with God, and engage more authentically in your relationships.
I apply a range of therapeutic approaches including narrative therapy, attachment-based therapy, strengths-based and solution-focused models, and dialectical behavioral therapy. Each is applied with intention, in a way that reflects both the design of the mind and the truth of Scripture.
